Ben Dulley, founder of the Chipping Norton-based SaltPig Curing Company (as featured on BBC Countryfile) forged his career as a chef in some of the best kitchens in the country. During this time he developed a passion for cured meats and saw an opportunity to become a producer and purveyor of world class charcuterie.
