Ben Dulley, founder of the Chipping Norton-based SaltPig Curing Company (as featured on BBC Countryfile) forged his career as a chef in some of the best kitchens in the country.  During this time he developed a passion for cured meats and saw an opportunity to become a producer and purveyor of world-class charcuterie.  Working with the finest locally-sourced ingredients he has created a range of delectable cured meat products, a selection of which we have presented here in our Cotswold Charcuterie Hamper with some choice accompaniments.
